Overview: This is a program that should be handy to those of you who are at the point of negotiating the best loan for their future house.

Very complete (too much so?), it allows you to perform an exhaustive study of the conditions and final costs: many loans can be memorised and compared in real time. And graphically at a click. Very anglo-saxon oriented, you have to make an effort to use it in France.

[Update] : New version compiled for WM5 and upper (Choose the "For Windows Mobile" version), with a GUI more in the today's standard...
