Windows Mobile 6 ROM extended - NBD v8.2 (custom ROM)
Requirements: ONLY for HTC Wizard (Qtek 9100, I-mate K-JAM, T-Mobile MDA Vario, O2 XDA Mini S, SPV M3000, Cingular 8125)
Overview: Windows mobile 6 ROM (extended) with the interface of HTC Touch phone. Now the users can easily use their fingers instead of the stylus (large buttons, smart scrolling, touchFLO technology etc)
Image Image Image Image

This version contains:
* A2DP, Windows Live, Transcriber, Office, Enterprise, Entertainment, MediaOS, FWUPDATE, Cyberon Voice Dial, Camera, Streaming Player, MMS, BT FTP, BT SAP, BT BPP, Task Manager, SMS Service, SymbolPad, Voice Recorder, Ecmertec Java, Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Gif Player, TouchFlo, Audio Manager, CommManager, Dialer, HTC Home, Network Wizard, Smartskey, SoftKey, SMSDRFix, Pocket RAR, Total Commander, Pim Backup and WM5torage.

Changes made in v8.2
*NEW! 6mb page pool and 8mb page pool (see the links below from Download Instructions)
*Added Biotouch Settings (customize TouchFlo links and images)
*Modem Link added
*Touch like skin for WMP added
*TouchFlo shortcut icon added
*Voicemail today plug-in added (disabled by default, I wasn't able to test it)
*Home plug-in default with 5 tabs ("1,2,3,4,5"), without profiles. If you want it back change in registry as described below.
*Settings>Personal>Phone>Time Zones now working
*Settings>System>TouchFlo added
*Settings>Connections>Network Plugin added

New version (v8.3): viewtopic.php?f=57&t=27486

If you want to add/remove a tab from the home plugin go to this registry HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCHome
To add the "profile" tab, modify the registry key and add 6 after 5. (Should be: TabSetting | 1,2,3,4,5,6).
You may also change the order of the tabs.

Here is a sample of touchFLO technology: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQ8TQ9Rr_7E
Works like a charm along with iContact and Slide2unlock http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB8O_xSzdBE

Has anyone upgraded from 8.1 to 8.2, and noticed a big difference?

Follow this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293480
I think you can. But first read.

Difference:
-v8.1 is faster than v8.2 but it has less RAM available
-v8.2 is slower but it has more RAM available (Program Memory) and has some new programs such as Biotouch Settings

I recommend both versions.
