Requirements: Phone enabled device (Themes for non phone enabled devices can be built though), CPU: 200 Mhz, Storage Memory: ~2 MB (depends on the themes installed), Main memory: ~ 5 MB, NET.CF 2.0 installed. Though 3.5 is strongly recommended, Windows Mobile 5.0 or Greater, To use flash plugin you need flashplayer 7 installed
Overview: ThrottleLauncher is a launcher app designed for Windows Mobile 5 and 6 in c# and c++. Basically it consist's of several pages containing rows. Each of the rows depending of it contents can be scrolled horizontally by using the finger. The app is fully configurable through xml files so the rest of the features depends on the diferent setups.

* Definately faster!!!
* Incredibly improved transparent rendering (both Fake and True). Really worth giving a try to true transparency now .
* New option in the settings tab to allow controlling how much memory you want to use to keep backbuffers. 0=Don't save backbuffers -> 10=Save all the backbuffer. If you have enought free memory you should definately check 10!! Page changing is almost automatic (it may take about 2-3 MB more of RAM).
* New tab in throttleconfig to control some general settings (so they don't have to be included inside the setups).
* New Settings buttons design for Boolean and number (more finger friendly).
* Solved an issue with horizontal and vertical scrollable rows. Now they work smoother

* ThrottleConfig now updates automatically the license details when a new license in installed.
* Little app to download licenses for Goldusers. You can access it from the about box (clicking on the license details) or launching it directly (it's called ThsDownload)
* Now you can order app's using the ThrottleConfig app's tab!! .
* Fixed issue causing ActiveSync to disconnet when scrolling the footer.
* Solved VGA screen incompatibility problems in ThrottleConfig.
* Improved widgets movement!
* Add an option to disable debug.
* Improved new app dialog

Theme development
* Faster direct scrolling when using transparent background pictures
* Now you can specify text format as [FontName,]Size,FontStyle1|FontStyle2|...|FontStyleN where font styles can be any of:
o Regular - Normal text.
o Bold - Bold text.
o Italic - Italic text.
o Underline - Underlined text.
o Strikeout - Text with a line through the middle.

Tried it on HTC Toch 3G / Jade / T3232, but it is still very slow somehow. Looking forward to RC2.

ThrottleLauncher is a launcher app designed for Windows Mobile 5/6/6.1 and 6.5 in c# and c++.

Is RC3 backwords compatible with it's older theme's?

I Dont know y but this application works very very slow and gives error all the time..........
