Installation Instructions:
1. Copy all files onto SD card.
2. Insert SD card into phone and the installation process should start automatically. Select install to "Storage Card"
If the installation process did not start automatically, navigation to \Storage Card\2577\ and install the "ROUTE 66 N7.CAB" file.
4. Start Route 66 and when asked to activate, select Internet.
5. Enter 16 "a" as the activation key ("aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa").

Arg, terribly sorry. I only saw the older release (viewtopic.php?f=78&t=11883) with a dead link, which people were requesting being re-upped. I found this on another site and wanted to share!

It can get confusing on here with multiple versions of the same software, and no easy way to find the most recent (searching for "route66" gives you a heap of results).

Why do I have to take the SD card out en put it in a card reader? can't i just transfert via bluetooth/cable directly to the phone?

Yes you can. When you transfer a 400mb map file, it will be much faster if you use a card reader, though.

When i start "ERROR at lwast one file is missing. Please install the appication agan" and yes i tryed it but the same
Where should the maps be? I tryed with the map that was included "Macau.prm"
I tyred it in both locations:
\Storage Card\maps
\Storage Card\Program Files\ROUTE 66\maps

You shouldn't need to touch/move it. Everything is in the right place in the rar. Copy it all to the root folder of your memory card.

I did this
1. Copy all files to phone in SD cards root
2. "navigation to \Storage Card\2577\ and install the "ROUTE 66 N7.CAB" file."
3. Select install to "Storage Card"
4. copy the repalced the cracked .exe file
4. Start Route 66
The program start and the exit during start (crash?)
I repalce the .exe with the cracked and then I get the message of missing files.

Maybe this not for smartphone

You do not need to replace the exe. The cracked exe is already in the installer.

How i can find the Iberia Maps (Portugal and Spain) ?

I did repalce the exe but the program quit after the logo come up when i start it.
