Overview: The MEDION GoPal software has been completely reworked. Alongside modern, functional design, MEDION strives for intuitive operation.
In fact, they claim that users do not need operating instructions! This is all thanks to logical menu operation and the “Quick Buttons”

My internet is so slow, it would take forever to download the maps. Would someone care to up the u.k. france and spain maps seperately ?

I will give 10wrz for each one..............

Just a friendly correction from me to you mate about the Cracked or not Cracked issue!!
As you already knows and saw (read) that the v4.5 will wont working on Mio’s and other devices without the Cracked exe first!

I really hoping that “we” don’t need any txt file to let it working fine on “our” Mio’s as example

Ps: I like this program because it’s easy to use and navigate pretty good and the TTS voice of it is very clear + loud enough without to eating our device (64mb) memory at all like other sw already did with TTSsss

As i already say and explain to you mate that this one also Not gonna working -here- on Mio’s and maybe on some other devices too without to Cracked (the exe!!) first!!

So “we” needs a new Cracked version of this new 4.6 exe one to let it work ok on the “Mio’s”,

incl. TSD <=<=<= what these folders for and do "we" needs to put them in the Maps folder or in the GoPal 4.6 app folder (the Program i mean!!) ???

I'm trying to install this on my pna but I'm not able to uncab :

- MNAVDCE : The file MNAVDCE.CAB is not a valid Windows CE Setup file
- File 1 (3 mnavdce) : mnavdce is not a valid windows ce setup file
- File 11 (2 anwdialer) : Dialer was not installed successfully. Please run setup again
- File 17 (1 fmtservice) : Settings FMTService was not installed successfully. Please run setup again.

It appears that audiomanager.exe works on my acer with this version (it didn't with 4.5a).

Is there anyone who can send me the uncab files above ? I don't really know if I need anwdialer and fmtservice.

It’s the same as you here mate but “we” don’t really needs those 2 files or cab’s to inst. because is the one for FM via the auto radio which is not possible without to have the original device as far as I know and the dialer is for the BT but this one I even can’t got it open (anwdialer-w_0480x0272_xx_x ) with the "old" 4.5 version!!

Ps: you did not reading my prev. reply because I already explain how to let the audiomanager.exe automatically runs (open) when the prog starting up for the first time by using a MSCR file so take a look on my earlier reply to know how I did it mate!!

Previously, I used 4.5 version which was working great on my chicago device with a script which launched audiomanager.exe before running Gopal. But when I tried to instal it on my acer and pressed audiomanager.exe, all I got was a blank screen with error messages because it was, I think, not compatible with my acer. And now with this new version, audiomanager is ok (no error messages). As you can see in this thread : viewtopic.php?f=267&t=50173&hilit=gopal I had a great deal of difficulty in getting sound when I first installed 4.5 version on my chicago but finally, with some help, it worked.

So, as you said, all we need now is cracked (or uncabed) MNAVDCE files to have a chance to make it working on our devices.

I want a newer software for that PNA, but i still don't know what is possible or wich software i should choose.

Can you help my please? Can I install this GoPal Navigator on my Device?
If yes, how can i do this?

If i’m not wrong your medion is almost older than 4 years beside of that fact is WC4.2 device and “we” talking here about WC5 so I think it’s not gonna working on it But I may always be wrong mate!!

PS: I got an MD-4225 as new (a few weeks young!) for Only 100 euro in the second hands sell site but i did not buy it because I personally fond that the Mio’s x20 series are much betters… so be clever -and i think you're a clever- mate and find a better newer and cheaper SH one is my friendly advice to you mate!!

Odd, I could never get any version of Medion Navigator to work on my generic WinCE 4.20 device. It keeps telling me Not a valid Windows CE application or words to that effect.

Yet the software is written for my version, and not the newer WC5 or newer still....

I still yern to get a version of this software to work....
