Hello, I´m using "SD-Free Unlock for Mio c220" ( I think it´s a pseudoDestokp??) for run iGo, Mcguider, TomTom, Destinator and all runs without problem but Navigon I use a script for it only (the file .mscr is:

If run Navigon with pseudoDesktop?? (SD free unlock) and while see the map in Navigon (without signal of GPS, in my house), a windows appear and say: "Program Memory is low" with 2 options: Program memory is very low. You must select one tast...(cut the window) .... the ammount of program memory, if avaliable.

And the other... Convert some Storage Memory to Program Memory..(cut the window) ...System control panel to adjust memory later)
But I dont see in this windows anything "ok button" because this windows is cut and I can´t move it. I have to reset the device.
If run Navigon with the script, I see the map but if i push navigation to.. button, the device "stop and thinking" and i have to reset. I don´t use Panorama View and more. I´ll hope you understand my english (¡¡ sorry for that!!). Thanks

I don't know "SD-Free Unlock for Mio c220" but i would mean that a pseudoDesktop may be too memory consuming in C250 to allow Navigon run happy

A year ago when i was in busy with C250s i used some pseudo desktop to make iGO run on c250 but then i swithced to a simplier method...
I use a ppath.txt patch that calls directly the Navigon (or other navigation) from the MioMap button in the main shell....

I've to checkout in my pc if the files are still there and if i find them i will share them with you....

rename the original miomap.exe ---> miomap_old.exe or something else...

Copy the file miomap.exe contained in the zip in the same path (i do not recall the path) of the original (now renamed) miomap.exe

create a folder "\My Flash Disk\Script"
copy ppath.txt in \windows\ and in \My Flash Disk\Script\
copy miomap.scp in \My Flash Disk\Script\ and in the path of Miomap (i cannot recall... maybe \My Flash Disk\Miomap\Miomap\)

reset several times (better to switch of and on the device)

Remember to edit ppath.txt and miomap.scp if your path to Navigon (or other sw) changes.


in this way you have only the ram occupated by the navigation software...

I hope could be helpful...

i used from menü-shell--- with ppath.txt on my Medion HW
i dont need destop free-- i think is the same menü-shell ore destopfree

I was askin' myself if could be problematic to upload here something taken in another site....
So I modified something... just a little...

I am using a Navigon 3110.

I downloaded DMANNs Version und copied it to the SD card.
Then I copied a map to the map folder.

When I enter the SD card in my 3110 it says:
Please insert the memory card!

Please help.

On the Navigon 3110 does not work SD4GB and SDHC, only SD2GB.

I am using a SD 1 GB card. Thats not the probelm. I must be doing something other wrong.

I installed the 789, part I and the settings, but when I turn off and redo everything.
I noticed that in NAVIGON \ setting missing all files *. User xlm.
But panoramaView3D not working?

in german we have probs with RS+ justice, because RS mus log all IPs from germany !
so i dont ulpoad now

Take a look at ApplicationSettingsPathes.xml if there is something not good with your config.
To me everything goes good.
PanoramaView3D is for 7310.
I did not manage to patch this release with panoramaview3D 'cause on my devices seems to slow up too much (and some freezing)...
Better not to have a PV3D with an useful navigation than a 3D on a useless device !
