You choose which is more complete and accurate for your country.

No maps from Eastern Europe (TeleAtlas) - CzechRep, Albania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Belorus, Moldova and etc.

They dont work with TomTom or Garmin either.

Hungary, Sweden and Switzerland from 1st post are reuploaded. They didnn't have buildings.

These maps don't work with 8.3 but Poi and Building yes.

Dude, all your Rapidshare links have a /url tag at the end.
You are doing something wrong when using tags...

On the other hand, are your Eastern European countries maps have something to do with Eastern Europe - TopMap Edition (12 countries) from https://www.naviextras.com/shop/portal/catalog?salesPackageCode=11014&view=item&priceListCode=39 ?

Just remove the /url from you post should works.
This "url" in the help should just be the real URL which is "rapidshare.com/files/204625931/Finland8_2008.10_081222.rar" in your example.
