OS: 2003
iGO My way 2006 Plus
Requirements: PDA (including WM2003, wm2003SE, wm5). Do not try it on PNA's such as Mio C310, C510, etc.
Also do not try this program on a Device Emulator. Program's protection routines could not get SECID in this situation. Because there is not a physical SD Card
Overview: iGO has always been a leader in introducing user-friendly applications, since popularizing auto navigation is our goal. This iGO My way 2006 Plus update package offers useful functions such as TMC traffic warnings and road safety cameras that warn drivers of speed monitors.”

update2: Mio A701 users, it is advised to use this crack, to prevent problems after a soft - reset. unrar this archive to iGO folder, then install.
application.dat is a cracked iGO.EXE, which released by NAvnGO for A701 fix. Thank you Bear for official download link, thank you NoFate for testing. This is not an improved, or better, or newer version for other users. it is just a crack for a fix. nothing more. if magic version works for you, do not try this.

OCN6 FAQ wrote:
Q1) Why did my OCN6 froze when I first installed it? When you first run OCN6 after you installed it, you will see a pop up saying something like: "Searching 55 addresses you may experience poor performance meanwhile"
A1) On a device with over 25 Microsoft Contact entries, OCN6 will be extremely slow during the first time you launch the program. OCN6 tries to import all your contacts that has valid address into the POI database. You may tap on "Find & GO", POI, My POI, Contacts to check out complete list of contacts imported. Please note that contacts without a valid address will not be imported into OCN6.

OCN6 FAQ wrote:
We recently received a number of issues from customers using OCN6 on their Dell Axim x5. This issue may impact other older devices as well.
Long story:
The hardward on Axim x5 is originally developed for PPC 2002 and later upgraded by Dell to Windows 2003 Premium edition, which does not address the ability to get the hardward ID from a SD Card. Due to this, OCN6 cannot launch as it could not find the hardware ID of the pre-programmed card. We can assure you that each card has been tested and passed our Quality Assurance step prior to shipping it out. The solution will be for you to upgrade your PDA to a PDA or PDA phone or return it for refund. To return OCN6 for a full refund, please email your request to ......

Get a very nice skin with lots of added features here, it works for all screen formats, VGA, QVGA and square screens, just give it a try.

5. Put SD card to PDA or make soft reset of your PDA;
6. iGO program will ask you to confirm installation, click YES;
7. Enjoy, program is ready to use.

Code:
some further minor changes were made. From now on, it shall become possible to start the navigation also from the Contacts application of the PDA. Also, the settings of automated launch would be saved, the compatibility is improved in respect of several PDAs and the backlight goes off after a shorter period when not in use.

update4:
if you want to run June 18 release on an Axim X5, Acer N10, or a WM emulator on a PC because you got hardwareid error, then you must use this patched June:
 http://rapidshare.com/files/48953905/Jun_07_PCEMu.rar.html (link updated on 14 Aug)
Mirror download for using iGO with ppc emulator.

update5 (13 Aug 2007)

here is the cure for ASUS (usually) WM6 upgraded or SDHC installed wm5 users(a639, P535, etc.) :
(If your sdmemory.dll file is not in the ROM, then iGO exits, whatever brand PDA you have)
you are experiencing iGO incompatibility because wm6 upgrade installs SDHC_V5.CAB from extended ROM without asking you. Use that iGO.exe (June 18)  http://rapidshare.com/files/48789325/sdhc_fix_aug13.rar.html
SDHC de-mystified by one clever man debugged iGO.exe on his ASUS A639, and showed the problem. Then i patched, and cooked the iGO.
iGO.exe checks the file attributes of "sdmemory.dll". if it is not a ROM file, iGO doesn't work. because it afraids that, somebody patched sdmemory.dll, and returns a valid SECID to iGO.exe
My last patch defeats that check.

this is an important warning to NavnGo. iGO users couln't run the program if they patched their PDA to be able to use SDHC memory cards. Neither NavnGo nor ASUS support forums commented about that problem. So legal users will see the solution from here :lol:
if you want to install SDHC drivers again, they are here:
 http://rapidshare.com/files/47557455/SDHC_V5.CAB.html
this archive is extracted from ASUS P535 Taiwan WM6 update extended-rom
