You seem to be using a low resolution device such as a Pocket PC or iPhone. We have developed special themes to make browsing this site easier when using a low resolution device.
You can try them out here: QVGA (320x240) or VGA (640 x 480)

dveved, thanks for the link, the first part is full of broken links but the second part has working links!

I managed to download Destinator 8 and 8.1 and the maps, now all I have to do is learn how to install them all in my MLS Destinator 4800 :)

TTS wouldn't work for me with version 8.1.20.7.1.
We need an upload of the latest Canada and USARoads maps from the GPS for Dummies collection. Surely someone has them?

how is it possiple to show the GPS information speed and high in the navigation screen ? This was possible in destinator 6.
I am missing this usefull information in destinator 8.

Skin problem: When I have selected a town to navigate the description of the Save-Button is to big. What can I do?

Hi,

I tried this setting in destinator.ini

PORT=2
BAUD_RATE=9600
PROTOCOL=2
GPS_DEVICE=GPS

But software doesn't get gps signal, it says something like GPS not found. Any idea what I have done wrong? (Those settings work in igo8 with same GPS unit).
