the maps from the package 2009.Q2 or previous packages are released by country?

Q1 pack not by country, but 7 part:
part 1: Image dark blue countries
part 2: Image dark blue countries
part 3: Image
part 4: Image
part 5: Image
part 6: Image
part 7: Image
+ France, Germany and Spain separated.

Not all navteq map, Hungary TM... etc
